Best NFL Games On The 2020 NFL Regular Season Schedule

Week 1

Tampa Bay at New Orleans

Expectations are sky high in Tampa Bay after the Buccaneers landed future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady to lead them the next two seasons at the very least. Still, there’s this guy in New Orleans by the name of Drew Brees waiting in the Big Easy for this Week 1 opener!

  • Date: Sunday, September 13

Week 2

Washington at Arizona

Two second-year quarterbacks will be going all-out for the win as Dwayne Haskins looks to cement the starting job as his in Washington and Kyler Murray looks to build on his impressive Offensive Rookie of the Year campaign from last season.

  • Date: Thursday, September 17, 2020

Week 3

Tennessee at Minnesota

The Vikings defense will have their hands full trying to stop powerful, league-leading running back Derrick Henry while Tennessee’s defense will try to contain elusive running back Dalvin Cook.

  • Date: Sunday, September 27

Kansas City at Baltimore

With the last two league MVP’s and the top two favorites to win the AFC Championship in 2020 going at it you can expect a flat-out thriller in this showdown.

  • Date: Monday, September 28

Week 4

Jacksonville at Cincinnati

Joe Burrow and the rebuilding Bengals will look to take care of business in one of the few games they should win in 2020, but Jacksonville had a fantastic draft and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Gardner Minshew outplay No. 1 overall draft pick Joe Burrow in this one.

  • Date: Sunday, October, 4, 2020

Week 5

Arizona at NY Jets

It’s Arizona’s Kyler Murray versus the New York Jets’ Sam Darnold in this Week 5 inter-conference clash, but I’m taking Kliff Kingsbury over Adam Gase every day of the week!

Week 6

Houston at Tennessee

The Texans won the AFC South by one game over the Titans, but Tennessee ended Houston’s Super Bowl hopes and 2019 campaign by dispatching their division rivals with an emphatic smackdown on the road no less last season.

Week 7

LA Chargers at Miami

I’m not sure if Justin Herbert and Tua Tagovailoa will be under center for the Chargers and the Miami Dolphins respectively in this affair, but I suspect the pair of top six picks in this year’s draft will be well worth watching for years to come.

  • Date: Sunday, October 25

Week 8

San Francisco at Seattle

Revenge will be the name of this NFC West game as Seattle looks to take care of business at home after coming up one yard short of sweeping the NFC Champion Niners a year ago.

Week 9

Green Bay at San Francisco

While both of these teams won an identical 13 games last season, the Niners had a far better offseason than the Green Bay Packers who failed to give Aaron Rodgers the help he so clearly needed a year ago.

  • Date: Thursday, November 5

New Orleans at Tampa Bay

Many football fans and experts believe Tom Brady and the revamped Bucs could win the NFC South in 2020. However, Drew Brees and company won’t go down easily, if at all, and they could have some extra motivation after hearing and reading about Brady’s move to Tampa Bay all offseason.

  • Date: Sunday, November 8

Week 10

Philadelphia at NY Giants

The Eagles might have blown their recently completed NFL draft, but the Birds are still light years better than the rebuilding (again) Giants who, by the way, hired an almost complete unknown to be their latest head coach in a string of unsuccessful ones.

  • Date: Sunday, November 15

Week 11

Tennessee at Baltimore

Baltimore won a league-high 14 games last season, but they had their Super Bowl hopes extinguished by falling at home to Tennessee 28-12 in the divisional round. The Ravens will be out for revenge in this one!

  • Date: Sunday, November 22

Week 12

Kansas City at Tampa Bay

Tom Brady and the new-look Buccaneers will be at home in this affair, but Patrick Mahomes is now the better quarterback and the reigning Super Bowl champion the Kansas City Chiefs have the most explosive offense in the league.

Seattle at Philadelphia

The Seahawks have won five straight over the Philadelphia Eagles dating back to 2014, including a pair of identical 17-9 wins just last season. First, Russell Wilson and company shut down Carson Wentz and company in Week 12 before ending their season with a big home win the the wild card round.

  • Date: Monday, November 30

Week 13

Buffalo at San Francisco

Two elite defenses will look to overpower their offensive counterparts when the Niners and the Buffalo Bills meet in a Week 13 inter-conference clash of teams that made the playoffs a year ago.

Week 14

Baltimore at Cleveland

Baker Mayfield is going to get an education on how to play quarterback from Lamar Jackson while the Cleveland Browns get schooled by the far superior Ravens in this Week 14 AFC North divisional showdown.

Week 15

Chicago at Minnesota

Veteran signal-caller Nick Foles will almost certainly be under center for the Chicago Bears in this NFC North divisional clash and he’ll need to be at his best against Chicago’s ravenous defense.

Kansas City at New Orleans

With two of the best quarterbacks in the game today and two of the most dangerous offenses in all off football going at it in this matchup, I’m expecting all-out fireworks in this Week 15 showdown.

  • Date: Sunday, December 20

Week 16

Minnesota at New Orleans

The Saints will be looking for revenge and nothing less after seeing their Super Bowl hopes derailed by Minnesota twice in the last three seasons, in absolutely stunning fashion no less.

  • Date: Friday, December 25

Buffalo at New England

With Tom Brady now working on his craft in sunny Tampa Bay, Buffalo will be going all-out to win the AFC East in 2020 and a win in this Week 16 showdown could go a long way toward helping them do just that!

  • Date: Monday, December 28

Week 17

Atlanta at Tampa Bay

If nothing else, the Atlanta Falcons have been able to put points on the board like crazy ever since they drafted quarterback Matt Ryan. Tampa Bay had best be prepared in this NFC South divisional showdown with the Falcons being the kind of team that can beat – or lose – to almost anyone!
