Keep the existing ticket so the history stays together, and reply with a request for the specific bonus term, the version in effect when you opted in, and a written breakdown of the withheld amount. Save screenshots of the offer and your transaction history. If they still won't give a substantive answer, use that same record when escalating through any complaint channel the operator lists.

My withdrawal was canceled after they applied a bonus rule I couldn’t find in the terms shown when I deposited. I asked which exact condition I violated and how they calculated the withheld amount, but so far I’ve only gotten a canned response.

Would you keep following up in the same ticket, or open a new complaint?
